Life is precious and running is fun! I'm training hard and planning on Running The Shoals Half Marathon on March 7, 2020.  I would like to invite you to join me in supporting the beneficiary of this race, Shoals Save-A-Life (Shoals Women's Clinic). 

SSAL has been advocating for life for almost twenty five years.
